Prime situation with private terrace for sun bathing surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountain views.
The apartment itself has 2 double bedrooms, the main one of which opens out to a large spacious completely private balcony with stunning countryside views, perfect for sun bathing, and then a second twin double bedroom, both basting en-suite bathrooms. The apartment then has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area with another private balcony again boasting stunning countryside views. Washing machine also provided.
This apartment is absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday in the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollensa with the beach, wonderful restaurants, picturesque cafes, shops and all other main attractions just a couple of minutes away by car and around 10 minutes walking distance. The Gotmar estate itself also boasts some family bar / restaurants, one in paticular has a lovely swimming pool and is perfect for a relaxing day by the pool.
Other popular resorts such as Puerto Alcudia and Cala San Vicente are only minutes drive away too, as well as the picturesque towns of both Pollensa and Alcudia.
