There are 3 double bedrooms, which all have access to a terrace, two bathrooms, living room, 3 terraces (2 of which are on top and one is on the bottom. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.
It has a garden with lawn and private pool. There is a supermarket, greengrocers, butchers, pharmacy all within walking distance. There is also a bus stop close by for those that wish to explore this beautiful island.
The Villa is only 10 minutes drive from Palma city center where you will find lots of shops and lovely restaurants. There are also lots of lovely architecture to see which is a must!
A few minutes drive away you can also find beaches, golf course and shopping malls.
