A Quiet Beach Favoured by Locals
Tucked between soaring cliffs and shaded pinewoods, Cala Llombards is a serene cove popular with local families. The beach extends deep inland, offering soft white sand and calm, turquoise water. It’s easily accessible by car, with free parking directly next to the beach, though public transport doesn't reach this hidden gem.
Iconic Views of Es Pontàs
One of Cala Llombards’ standout features is the panoramic view of es Pontàs—a dramatic natural sea arch rising from the water like a stone bridge. Along the cliffs, you’ll spot traditional escars, old fisherman’s shelters carved into the rock, still used today to store boats.
Sheltered Anchorage & Coastal Walks
This cove is a safe anchorage alternative to Cala Santanyí, especially when the wind blows from the south or southeast. Boats can anchor on a sandy seabed ranging from six metres at the entrance to three metres inside. From the beach, adventurous visitors can also set out on foot to discover Caló des Moro and other nearby coves via unmarked cliffside trails.
