Our Use of Your Information
1. Information supplied by email. Your emails and therefore addresses are retained in our email inbox until such time as the inbox is cleared. This information is never passed onto any other website, individual, company or other party unless with your consent.
2. Forums/Comments. When you place an entry in a forum or place a comment, your email address is accessible via a hyperlink on your name or nickname. We may use this to contact you, especially if we need to verify your authenticity in the case of highly critical or potentially malicious comment. By placing an entry on a forum or making a comment, you understand that others may also be able to contact you.
3. Registration. In order to participate in forums, you are asked to register. This information is retained in order to facilitate your subsequent participation in the forums.
4. Client and interested-party contact. Periodicially we contact clients or other interested parties with news related to the website and other activities. Any client or party not wishing to receive such a communication, or to have their information removed for mailing purposes should contact us, and we will comply with such a request.
