A Hidden Gem Surrounded by Pine Forest
Tucked between Punta de sa Guàrdia and Caló des Macs, Caló d'es Burgit is one of the area’s most peaceful and wild-feeling coves. With thick pine woodland reaching right to the shoreline, golden sand, and just one solitary building overlooking the bay, the cove feels pleasantly untouched—a true escape from the nearby tourist bustle.
Natural Beauty & Calm Waters
The beach’s V-shaped inlet and gentle cliffs create a natural, sheltered environment. The soft, fine sand and serene setting make it a favourite for those seeking tranquillity. With excellent anchoring conditions on sandy seabeds, the cove is also attractive to boaters—though overnight mooring is only recommended in fair weather, with Cala Mondragó offering a safer option in variable conditions.
A Short Forest Walk from the Road
To reach the cove, follow signs past Caló de sa Barca Trencada to a free parking area. From there, a 300-metre forest trail leads you through the pines to the shore. This light walk and the absence of on-site facilities keep the beach relatively uncrowded, preserving its natural charm.
