From Noble Residence to Cultural Venue

Built in the mid-18th century for the Marquis of Solleric, this palatial residence was designed to impress, reflecting the wealth and social status of Mallorca’s aristocracy. The building features a mix of Baroque and Rococo influences, evident in the elaborate stucco work, wrought-iron balconies, and decorative stone carvings.

Today, it is owned by the Ajuntament de Palma and functions as a public cultural space, offering free access to many of its exhibitions.
