Founded in 2007, the winery is built on a heritage plot inherited from Mrs. Antonia Morey, combining traditional Mallorcan grape varieties with contemporary production methods. Today, it’s a popular destination for those seeking exceptional wine, olive oil tastings, and agricultural insight.

A Family Legacy Reawakened

The Morey‑Garau family inherited an old Manto Negro vineyard and dedicated nearly two decades to transforming it into a thriving, organic operation. With 55 hectares of certified biodynamic vineyards and olive groves around Binissalem, the winery focuses on local grape varieties like Manto Negro, Callet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and whites like Premsal and Moscatel.  The estate follows sustainable practices to produce wines rich in regional character.

Tasting Traditions & Olive Oil Discovery

Tianna Negre offers small-group guided tastings, where visitors explore the vineyards, barrel room, and production facilities before sampling wines in the courtyard — including tapas and local olive oil . The tasting experience often features six wines, accompanied by Mallorcan cheese, sobrasada, bread, and their own extra-virgin olive oil.

The winery also highlights its olive oil heritage: guests walk through the olive grove and learn how the oil is produced from harvest to bottle.

Its flagship red blend “Tianna Negre” is noted for black fruit aromas and elegant structure, aged in new French oak for 10 months.  The winery also markets a diverse line-up under labels like Ses Nines and Randemar, all reflecting Tianna's commitment to ecological viticulture and terroir expression.
