Compact Beach with Resort Convenience

Costa d'en Blanes, also known as Platja d'en Blanes, is a small sandy beach nestled between the luxury surroundings of Puerto Portals and the family attraction Marineland. The beach features coarse-grained golden sand and is framed by several tourist developments, though there are still quieter spots found just behind the main area. A rocky inlet marks the western edge, adding some natural variety to the otherwise urban setting.

Despite its location within a highly developed resort area, the beach maintains a relaxed and accessible vibe, offering an easy option for families and visitors staying nearby.

Boating & Anchoring

Anchoring is excellent just offshore, where boats are frequently moored about 200 metres from the wharf at Puerto Portals. The seabed is made up of sand and seaweed, with depths ranging from 3 to 5 metres. Puerto Portals itself is widely regarded as one of the finest marinas in the Balearic Islands and Europe, boasting luxury yachts, high-end restaurants, designer shops, and exclusive nightlife.

Access & Popularity

Access to Costa d'en Blanes is very straightforward, with clear signposting, nearby free parking, and public transport stopping right by the beach. Thanks to its convenient location near Palma, Puerto Portals, and major tourist attractions, the beach is popular with both tourists and local visitors, especially during the summer months.
