Es Fangar Estate
Hidden in the rolling countryside west of Felanitx lies the Es Fangar Estate, one of Mallorca’s largest and most exclusive rural fincas. Known for its commitment to organic viticulture, premium olive oil, and equestrian breeding, this 1,000-hectare property offers visitors a refined glimpse into sustainable Mallorcan living.
A Legacy of Rural Grandeur
Dating back centuries, Es Fangar was once an aristocratic estate. It has since been transformed into a modern eco-luxury finca, blending environmental innovation with traditional agriculture. The landscape is dotted with vineyards, olive groves, almond trees, pine forests, and riding paddocks, all managed with a deep respect for the natural environment. Much of the estate is protected under Natura 2000 conservation status.
Its award-winning wines — including robust reds and delicate rosés — are produced from indigenous grape varieties grown without herbicides or artificial fertilisers. The estate’s olive oil is equally prized, cold-pressed and rich in Mallorcan character.
Wine Tastings & Equestrian Elegance
Visitors can book private guided tastings, held in beautifully restored stone buildings with modern design elements. Tastings typically include four to six wines, paired with local olive oil and gourmet bites, and can be upgraded to include estate tours or equestrian presentations.
Es Fangar is also home to an internationally respected stud farm, breeding Andalusian and German warmblood horses for dressage. The stables, arena, and surrounding landscape form part of what makes this estate both a working farm and a high-end destination.
Sustainability & Serenity
With a zero-waste philosophy, solar-powered facilities, and biodiversity corridors, Es Fangar is more than just a winery — it’s a vision of Mallorca’s future, rooted in its past. The entire visit feels tranquil, polished, and deeply authentic.
