A Peaceful Cove with Local Charm

Tucked away just a kilometre from Sa Font de sa Cala, N’Aladern is a small, natural beach scattered with washed-up posidonia, framed by a rugged and undeveloped coastline. Unlike the nearby touristic areas, this spot remains unspoilt, with only a few houses in view and no commercial facilities, making it popular with locals from Capdepera and Cala Ratjada.

A Bit Tricky to Reach, But Worth It

Accessing N’Aladern isn’t difficult—but it does require local knowledge. There are limited signs and only a small parking area for about a dozen vehicles. From here, visitors walk 200 metres past low sandstone walls before arriving at the cove. This sense of isolation adds to its charm, far from the buzz of nearby tourist centres.

Celebrate Like a Local Nearby

Though N’Aladern is peaceful, nearby Cala Ratjada offers a lively contrast with harbour-side restaurants, fish-based cuisine, and a buzzing atmosphere—especially during San Bartolomé (24th August), when the town comes alive with concerts, cultural events, and celebrations on the Capdepera coast.
