Newly built Majorcan style rustic house situated in Campos, which is located in the South of the island and is only 12 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc (known as a Caribbean like beach), Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The villa itself covers 200 square meters and is built on 2 levels. On the lower level there is an entrance hall, a large kitchen/dining room with chimney from which you may access the terrace and the swimming pool, there is also 1 bedroom with double bed complete with en Suite bathroom (with bath).
On the upper level there is 1 double bedroom with double bed, also complete with en suite bathroom (with bath), and then another bedroom with a double bed as well as four single beds, ideal for children. All bedrooms as well as the kitchen boast Satellite television, music and ceiling fans.
The house also has heating throughout. Outside the villa boasts a lovely private garden, sun-bathing area with sun beds, large swimming pool (10m x 5m, 09m to 21m deep) surrounded by a beautiful lawn and boasting wonderful countryside views.
There is also a lovely covered terrace with eating area, which faces the pool directly from the house.
Please note that this villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and the other is a larger room which holds 1 double bed and 4 single beds
