The house has at the groundfloor a living-dinning room with a totally equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 double bedrooms, two bathroom ( one of them in suite with bathtub and hydro-massage shower and one with only hydro-massage shower).
At the first floor you will find an ample bedroom with his own bathroom in suite with shower and views to the field. Under the Porch we can enjoy authentic evenings in the open air and enjoying the peace and the smell of the fields.
The house is very nice decorated in a classic-modern style.
The situation makes us enjoy a house with swimming pool and at the same time be near Alcudias Bay, where the first beach that we find is that of Can Picafort only 5 minutes in car.
