Completed in February 2013, the villa was constructed using top-quality German materials and furnishings. Beautiful granite floors run throughout the accommodation, complemented by underfloor heating during the cooler months if required.
The villa is arranged across three floors, with its four ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and the impressive open-plan living accommodation above. Its elevated design makes the most of the magnificent outlook across the bay.

The first floor offers four spacious ensuite bedrooms, each enjoying a stunning sea view. Every bedroom includes:

The second floor is devoted to a huge open-plan living area surrounded by patio doors, filling the accommodation with natural light and framing the spectacular views.
A fully fitted kitchen occupies one side of the room and is equipped with modern appliances, including an American-style fridge-freezer with an ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and De’Longhi coffee maker. The breakfast bar provides a lovely spot for an early-morning coffee while planning the day ahead.
The spacious lounge and dining area offers comfortable sofas where guests can relax together. The sofas can also be moved onto the terrace when preferred. A Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi provide entertainment during quieter moments.
Guests can enjoy evening meals in the air-conditioned dining space while admiring the twinkling lights across the bay, or dine beneath the stars on the sea-view terrace, where the table seats eight people. A personal chef can also be booked in advance for a special meal or celebration.
A useful guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this floor.

The villa offers an exceptional choice of outdoor spaces, allowing everyone to find a peaceful corner for privacy or relaxation.
All four bedrooms open directly onto a furnished sea-view terrace, while the lounge and dining room lead onto a large terrace designed for alfresco meals. A further upper terrace, accessed from the lounge terrace, is ideal for early-morning yoga or private sunbathing. It is not overlooked and is sheltered at the front by frosted glass.
As evening approaches, the terraces provide a wonderful vantage point from which to experience Bonaire’s magnificent sunsets across the bay.

The ground floor comprises a large garage with sufficient space for two large cars and direct internal access to the house.
The garage also provides secure storage for bicycles, paddleboards and beach equipment. The swimming pool can be reached through either the villa’s front entrance or the garage doors.
A separate laundry room is located on this level and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Peaceful Bonaire Location
Bonaire is an exclusive and peaceful coastal area with a small marina and a couple of popular restaurants. The villa is also conveniently positioned for visiting some of northern Mallorca’s most attractive beaches and historic towns.

Alcúdia Old Town offers an excellent choice of restaurants and shops, together with its bustling weekly street market. A short drive around the bay leads to the livelier Port of Alcúdia, where guests will find a long sandy beach and a larger selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
